Virgin River season 5 is in the starting blocks. However, Netflix is still keeping a start date a secret from us. Not so the main actors of the romantic series, who have now possibly revealed the start of the new episodes.

And annually greets the groundhog and apparently also the “Virgin River”. The 5th season of the romantic series is to start in July on Netflix, as in the previous year. At least that’s what the Jack and Mel actors Martin Handerson and Alexandra Beckenridge claim.
On the platform Cameo, the two actors have published a video for fans in which they announce July 2023 as the start date for the new episodes of their series. Thus, Alexandra Beckenridge says that the 5th season could possibly start as early as July and expresses her hopes for a 6th season.
Martin Handerson’s statements in another cameo video sound quite similar. He too suspects that the new episodes of “Virgin River” will come to Netflix in July. He also gives us a little hint about the content of the upcoming episodes. These should again have plenty of “hot, steamy gossip and intrigue” in store for Virgin River.
The filming for the Virgin River season 5 has already been completed for quite some time. This makes it quite possible that there is some truth to the statements made by Handerson and Beckenridge. Until now, it was only known that the series would return with new episodes in 2023.
