Now, of course, fans are waiting for the start of Tulsa King season 2, which was ordered by Paramount+ shortly after the first episode started. Since then, several months have passed, so the new episodes should surely start soon on Paramount+, right? No way!
Tulsa King Season 2: Writers’ strike ≠ series time
Due to the writers’ strike in Hollywood, many productions are currently at a standstill, including “Tulsa King”. Not only can no new scripts be written at the moment, but spontaneous adjustments on the set are also impossible. This is extremely annoying for film studios, but many movie stars, including Stallone, are backing the striking writers.
Stallone himself has written 40 screenplays in his long career and described the work as “the hardest part of the process,” so he can understand the writers’ desire for fair compensation.
Since it is not yet possible to say how long the writers’ strike will last, Tulsa King Season 2 will be postponed indefinitely. Before the year 2024 we will not get new stories from Dwight “The General” Manfredi on Paramount+.
