It’s official: the police trainee series “The Rookie” is getting a 5th season from US broadcaster ABC. The series creators announced this via Twitter at the end of March 2022.

The 5th season of “The Rookie” started on September 25, 2022 on the US channel ABC. The season finale ran on May 2, 2023. A new episode will be shown every Wednesday in a weekly rhythm.
