Since 2016, My Hero Academia has thrilled numerous anime fans. In October 2022, the superhero series will finally start its sixth season. To prepare us for the upcoming adventure, the creators have now released a new trailer on YouTube, in which it really gets down to business:
The sixth season (My Hero Academia Season 6) continues to adapt the manga* by Kohei Horikoshi. Fans can look forward to the animated version of the “Paranormal Liberation War” arc. The production is the responsibility of Studio Bones, where Masahiro Mukai takes over the direction again. Kenji Nagasaki will again serve as Chief Director, while Yousuke Kuroda will write the screenplay.
Before My Hero Academia Season 6: Bonus episodes release
Before the regular plot of the anime series continues, two bonus episodes appear, which are titled “Laugh! As if you are in Hell” and “Hero League Baseball”. The latter revolves around a baseball tournament that takes place between two teams of athletes and the heroes of the U.A. Both episodes will be released worldwide on August 1, 2022 on streaming service Crunchyroll.
