- Trout perch: 2000 calories
- Patagonia salmon: 2,100 calories
- Two chicken burgers: 1000 calories each
- Two beef tenderloins: 1,100 calories
In the end, this adds up to more than 8,000 calories per day. The normal calorie requirement for an adult male is often listed as 2,000 to 2,500 calories. According to the Variety report, Jackman’s program is also unparalleled among other Hollywood stars: Jonathan Majors devoured only 6,000 calories for his bodybuilder role in Magazine Dreams.
