“Fear the Walking Dead” not only loves to bring back characters thought dead, “The Walking Dead” spin-off also loves to jump through time. In the new trailer for season 8 of FTWD, we see what happens after a seven-year time jump in the lives of Morgan, Madison and June.
We see in the trailer not only their new life in PADRE, the community that held Madison Clark for years and forced her to kidnap children, but also Morgan’s homecoming. The resolute fighter returns to his home in King Country, Georgia, where we met him in season 1 of “The Walking Dead.”
In the process, he carries Rick’s gun. With the time jump, FTWD could be set back in the timeline of the TWD finale and a crossover would be possible. Will Morgan run into one of his old friends again?
Season 8 of FTWD starts on May 14, 2023 on AMC and AMC+. Initially, only Part 1 of the 12-episode final season will start. Amazon Prime Video has not yet announced if and when the new episodes will land in the Prime Video program. However, we assume that you will be able to watch them the day after the US broadcast.
