“Beef” is about the unsuccessful contractor Danny Cho (Steven Yeun), who one day clashes in traffic with the self-made entrepreneur and mother Amy Lau (Ali Wong). The latter outwardly leads a storybook life, but its facade gradually begins to crumble after the collision.
It does not remain with the one argument in the car, because in the course of the series, the two get more and more on each other and find no peace. This not only affects their own stress levels, but also their relationships.
