Physical season 3: Plot
In the 2nd season of “Physical” protagonist Sheila Rubin had to assert herself with her new fitness studio against some competitors. Also, a new man entered her life and her loyalty to her own husband dwindled due to his political beliefs.
Exact details about the 3rd season of the series have not been revealed yet. What is clear, however, is that a famous sitcom actress named Kelly also wants to get into the fitness business and meets Sheila. This could cause some trouble.

In the lead role of Sheila, you’ll once again see Rose Byrne, whose comedy series “Platonic” launches on Apple TV+ later this month. New Girl” star Zooey Deschanel joins the cast in the new role of Kelly.
Other roles in season 3 will also be played by Rory Scovel (“Those Who Can’t”), Dierdre Friel (“New Amsterdam”) and Paul Sparks (“Joe Pickett”).
