The world premiere took place on February 18, 2023 during the Berlinale. From March 31, 2023, the action thriller will be available exclusively from the streaming provider Netflix.
Kill Boksoon: Plot
Gil Boksoon is the mother of a young teenage girl and at the same time works at the agency MK Ent. as a hired assassin. Her double life challenges her not infrequently, yet somehow she seems to make it work. While she is the perfect killer, she still has a lot to learn as a mother.
To finally get closer to her daughter Jae-young, Gil decides to quit her job and fully concentrate on being a mother. However, when she goes to resign from the agency, she makes a momentous mistake that has brutal consequences.

The main role of the contract killer and mother Gil Boksoon is played by Jeon Do-yeon. She is joined in front of the camera by Kim Si-a as Gil Jae-yeong, Sol Kyung-gu as Cha Min-kyu, Esom as Cha Min-hee and Koo Kyo-hwan as Han Hee-sung, among others.

Byun Sung-hyun directed the film and was also responsible for the screenplay. Kill Boksoon was produced by producer Yi Jin-hee, as well as the production company See At Film.
