Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest is getting a 3rd season. When exactly the sequel will be released, however, is still unclear.
Isekai refers to a subgenre of Japanese light novels, manga and anime in which the protagonist is transported or reborn into a fantasy world or parallel universe. Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest is just such his series and extremely successful. Therefore, it comes as little surprise that another sequel is now coming.
The third season was confirmed by those responsible on Sunday via Twitter. Also a first teaser was published. Only the start date remains a secret. We can probably only expect the new episodes in the course of the coming year.
Arifureta Season 3 by the studio Asread
Arifureta centers on 17-year-old otaku Hajimu Nagumo, whose ordinary life is disrupted when he and his classmates are summoned to a fantasy world and tasked with saving humanity. While his classmates have impressive abilities that are useful in combat, he ekes out an existence as a “synergist” or, in other words, a craftsman.
His adventures should be continued soon. The studio Asread, which already worked on the first season, is responsible for the production. Akira Iwanaga (Corpse Party) is directing, while Shouichi Satou (Shakugan no Shana) is writing the script and doing the series composition. Meanwhile, Chika Kojima is responsible for the character design.

Hajime Nagumo, is the titular main protagonist and anti-hero of the “Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou” series. He was originally a member of the Hero Party, where he was ostracized receiving the commonplace “Synergist” job and his weak stats, until his presumed death in the Orcus Labyrinth, after which he discovered the truth about the world and made it his goal to return to Japan at all costs. He mutated into a monster hybrid when he devoured the meats of the Monster but no longer considered to be a pureblooded human anymore.
Yue, formerly known as Aletia Galdea Vesperitio Avatarl, is one of the main female protagonists from the “Arifureta Shokugyō de Sekai Saikyō” series. She is a Atavist vampire with the unique skill to regenerate her body. She was once a princess (later queen) until she was imprisoned in the abyss after her uncle and vassals betrayed her and sealed her away but later revealed the truth as they were protecting her from Ehit because of her monstrous level of magic and regeneration. She is Hajime’s main lover and first wife after freeing her.
Kaori Shirasaki, is one of the main protagonists from the “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest” series. She is one of summoned heroes with the job of a Priest. She is also the childhood friend of Shizuku Yaegashi, Ryutarou Sakagami & Kouki Amanogawa. During the demon races’ invasion in the Heiligh Kingdom, she was eventually killed by one of her classmate but was later revived by Hajime after transferring her soul into a much stronger body.
Kouki Amanogawa, is a major character from the “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest” series. He is one of the students from Japan who got involved in the summoning incident, and ended up in Tortus along with his other classmates. He is somewhat like the leader of the whole class, as most of the students look up to him. This is further enforced by him being blessed with the rare job as the Hero.
Liliana S. B. Heiligh, is one of the main characters from the “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest” series. She is the princess of Heiligh Kingdom.
Remia, is a character from the “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest” series. She is Myu’s mother.
Aiko Hatayama, is a main character from the “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest” series. She is a high school social studies teacher, who along with her students from Japan, was involved in the summoning incident and ended up in Tortus.

Transported to another world and left behind by his former friends, Hajime had to make his rise from literal rock bottom. It was in the labyrinth where he strengthened his weak magic and found several beautiful allies. Now after saving his classmates, he ventures for Erisen to escort Myu and her mother. He’ll fight and defeat anyone he has to in order to find a way home including a god.
