Chupa: Plot

Teenager Alex visits his family in Mexico for the first time, including his grandfather, former lucha libre champion Chava, his wrestling-obsessed cousin Memo and his spunky cousin Luna. When he finds a young chupacabra in his grandfather’s barn one day, he doesn’t yet know that an incredible adventure awaits him.
Chupacabras are considered to be feared creatures and are accordingly not very popular. In addition, the nasty scientist Richard Quinn has it on the misunderstood creature and tries with all means to get to the Chupacabra. Alex, his cousin and his cousin join forces to help the young creature and henceforth embark on an adventurous journey that they will probably never forget.
